Two weeks ago, I purchased a 2026 Lexus NX Premium from Elliot, a professional and friendly salesman. He patiently explained the car’s features and answered my numerous questions. He even transferred personal items from my trade into my new car. Harry, the finance manager, was equally professional and knowledgeable. There were no gimmicks, over-selling, or hidden costs. He provided me with an excellent warranty package and made the paperwork process seamless. Lastly, the dealership itself is beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything you need to make your car buying experience luxurious.

I was worried about a chip spreading, but the team at Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria handled it perfectly. Exceptional Service and Thoughtfulness from David Fajerski I had a wonderful experience at Lexus thanks to David Fajerski. While my car was in for a routine oil change, I realized I urgently needed to secure my laptop. Without hesitation, Dave arranged an Uber for me so I could quickly go and take care of it. It was incredibly thoughtful and far beyond what I expected, especially since the service only took about two hours. His promptness, attention to detail, and genuine care made a huge difference in my day. It’s rare to meet someone in customer service who goes out of their way so seamlessly and without being asked. I truly appreciate the support and highly recommend working with Dave—he embodies the level of professionalism and kindness that keeps me returning to Lexus.

I was promptly greeted and checked in even though I was early for my appointment. My usual service rep Tony was unavailable so Fred assisted me. Fred was very polite and courteous and took the time to explain what was included in my scheduled service. Tony wrapped up my appointment in an excellent manner as usual. Sometimes you have to return to the dealership for proper service and I am SO glad I did. The work done on my front brakes makes my 2016 vehicle ride like its brand new again. Very pleased with the service.

Easy peezy. First time meeting Tony he was very polite and thorough. I will say, although the waiting area was comfortable it was certainly not as cozy as the other location that was much nicer..They were a little several separate areas with different televisions playing different programs and even a fireplace and occasionally somebody would walk around and offer a nice treat like warm cookies.. also, I missed the quiet room where you could conduct business privately versus everything being in one large cold warehouse area. I’m wondering (hoping) if the weather were different (not so cold and no icy snow still on the ground) if I would’ve gotten a car wash like I used to receive with each Lexus quality service visit.

not recommended. $500 or so to replace air filter? $65 to add nitrogen in tires? (costco dos it for free). asking $265 or so to remove yellow fog light bulbs to pass inspection. (legal in this state) and so on. all prices way out of this world. on my car with 55000 miles, they recommended $10660 or so in repairs!!!!
